How it goes
A project usually starts with coffee, or a video call if you're farther out. You tell me what your business does and what you want the website to do. I take notes.
From there it's three or four weeks of email back and forth, every couple of days, with new pages to look at. Then we launch.
Launch day is quiet. I redirect your old URLs and watch Search Console while Google reindexes. Two weeks later we check in. By then you have my cell number. I answer it.
